KEF Q7 Meta Floorstanding Speakers
The Q7 Meta is another three-way bass reflex speaker, slightly smaller than the Q11 Meta but still packing a powerful punch. It features a similar Uni-Q driver array with a 19 mm tweeter and a 100 mm midrange driver, but with two 165 mm bass drivers instead of three.
This configuration provides a well-balanced sound that reaches as low as 39 Hz, with a more compact design that suits medium to large rooms.
With a power handling of up to 200 W, the Q7 Meta offers dynamic, engaging sound, making it perfect for both music lovers and home cinema enthusiasts who want powerful performance without the extra size.
Hybrid Aluminium Cone LF Drivers
Found in the floorstanding and larger models, these drivers combine a stiff aluminium skin with a paper cone to deliver deep, punchy bass with minimal distortion, even at high volumes.
Enhanced by a flexible decoupling chassis inspired by KEF’s high-end Blade and Reference series, this design reduces unwanted vibrations, minimising colouration and ensuring pure, uncoloured sound for an exceptional listening experience.
Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT™)
MAT™ is an advanced sound absorption technology that eliminates 99% of unwanted sound from the rear of the tweeter, which drastically reduces high-frequency distortion.
