I had an amazing buying experience with Vince. He was extremely knowledgeable and approachable when helping me set up my first hifi system. He spent a couple of hours with me over different days, helping me compare different speaker and amp combinations. Tatskie N16/12/2025I love Richard and his guys for their incredible customer service, and their products are great value-for-money. They were very patient when giving advice, especially when I got very confused about the different ceiling speakers available on the market. The other dealers were very condescending when I asked a lot of questions. So, I decided to buy the KEF ceiling speakers from Sight and Sound Galleria, and was so happy that I decided to buy a second set of same speakers. My repeat order was a bit delayed due to the product being sold out, so my additional order was not filled immediately. Richard kept me informed all the way through the waiting period to update on any progress, including when he was going on holidays to advise that I would be dealing with someone else and what the process would be from payment to delivery. When the speakers were finally received, I got a phone call from Richard straight away. The payment process was secure and easy (I live in Qld). The delivery of the speakers took no time as they did not delay posting my speakers to me. Staff were very friendly and allowed me to test different sets with my own music, and the store had plenty of stock for the models I had in mind. Was also offered a great discount for the pair I ultimately bought. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy high-quality headphones.
